Warranty
All our work carries our twelve month warranty.
On time
We offer a two hour window for all our appointments. We guarantee that out engineer will arrive within that allocated window. However, in the unlikely event of our engineer is unavoidably delayed we will call you and inform you, giving you the opportunity to reschedule if necessary. In this situation, as a gesture, we will discount your first hour of chargeable labour by 50%.
Clean
We guarantee that our engineers will respect your home and where necessary protect flooring. If our engineers do not clean up after completing their work we will discount your invoice.
Skilled professionals
Our engineers are skilled professionals, and have served recognised apprenticeships. Our gas engineers are all Gas Safe Registered.
Straightforward estimating
We will endeavour to carefully evaluate and provide you with an accurate costing. This will be prepared for you in writing for your approval.
